By using the samples you agree to and accept the following terms:
在使用这些Loop时，您允诺遵守以下条款：

1. You must credit me by adding mutedevil as co-producers, labelling your beat/song in the title (Prod. ur name & mutedevil).
1. 在使用Loop创作时，您需要在编曲位置将对应Loop的制作人添加为合作者，并在曲名注明(Prod. [您的艺名] & loop制作者)，同时在Beat开头加入该制作人的水印。

2. Beat Sales:
If you are posting a beat for sale, you should split sales (50/50) with corresponding producer(s).
2. Beat出售：如果您卖出使用该采样包中里的Loop创作的Beat，您需要向相应制作人支付售价50%的费用。

3. Royalty-Split:
All loops are NOT royalty free. For all beats using loops from this pack, you will split royalties 50/50 with mutedevil. This includes releases with both indie and major artists, rappers, singers, recording artists, etc.
3. 非免版税：该Loop包中所有Loop非免版税。使用该Loop包中的Loop创作的所有作品，均需向loop制作人支付其盈利的50%。这其中包括独立歌手、主流歌手、厂牌等。

4. Clearance:
Please reach out to me via email if a beat is placed with a major artist, in order to get clearance. If you place a record with a Major Label using the sample(s) in this kit, you agree to split the publishing, mechanicals, points & advance fees with me.
4. 版权：如果使用该Loop包中的Loop创作的Beat被主流艺术家使用，您需要通过B站联系我们，来获取Loop的版权。如果您在主流厂牌发行了使用该Loop包中的Loop创作的作品，您需要向loop制作人支付后续的发行收入等各类收入的50%。
