Although it might not be the best song of the season, this series has a special place in my heart and I'd thought I would at least push out the OP arrangement, just so I have an excuse to talk about it. Here's the Opening Theme to xxx, "xxx" sung by the main voice actors!

Having started the light novels before I even heard of the anime announcement, I can proudly say this is one of my favourite series to date. I loved the characters, loved their interactions and development, and loved how the story weaved in more than just simple storytelling, but symbolism, abstract ideas, and deep philosophical questions. I have no idea how far the adaptation will go, and what route it will take to turn what I enjoyed in word form to moving images, but based on episode 1 alone I have to say that I am eagerly looking forward to the developments to come.

I can rant about this series for hours on end but I'll leave the description at this... because I've probably lost most of you by this third paragraph. All I have to say is... I love this series and I hope the anime convinces you guys to say the same.

P.S. I assure you, if you were put off by the random spacesuit girl, don't worry. She's actually a significant part of the story.
