No Parties or Disturbances
 The Tenant must not hold parties, events, or gatherings that cause unreasonable noise, nuisance, or disturbance to neighbours.
 The Property must not be used for short-term accommodation, commercial events, or functions without the Landlord’s prior written consent.
 Breach of this clause may be treated as a material breach of the Agreement.
