I recorded each note of a rare set of glockenspiel bars played with a violin bow. The result is some beautiful, atmospheric tones that could work great in the background of sleepy songs. I made 5 patches out of the sounds for Kontakt, Ableton and the OP-1. They range from gritty to pretty - with an infinitely looping granular version, an ethereal version that will freeze you in time, a distorted version through a guitar amp for extra texture, a set ran though various reverbs while reversed and then flipped back around and more.
I hope they help you make nice songs.
