This song intricately weaves the tale of the Asian Folk Legend known as 吊死鬼 (diào sǐ guǐ) or Hanged Ghost . "Hung Up" narrates the haunting journey of a victim's hanged ghost seeking redemption. Liberated from earthly chains, she finds solace and ascends into the afterlife, embracing freedom and peace beyond mortal confines.
