The construction of Chinese manned space station will be completed around 2020. Its basic configuration consists of one core module, two experimental modules, and docked manned and cargo spaceship, capable of further expanding.
During space station construction, astronauts will visit the space station intermittently and conduct extravehicular activities depending on the mission requirement.
On completion of the space station construction, astronauts will carry out space science experiments and technology test, and execute extravehicular maintenance task.
中国载人空间站将于2020年前后（[doge]）建成。其基本结构由一个核心舱、两个实验舱，以及对接的载人、货运飞船构成，并可以进一步扩展延伸。
在空间站的建造过程中，宇航员将不定期地访问空间站，并根据任务需要开展舱外活动。
空间站建成后，宇航员将进行太空科学实验与技术测试，并执行舱外维护维修任务。
