In this video you can hear the waveforms generated by the Siemens SIBAS 16 controlled current-source inverter (CSI) of the Vienna U-Bahn Type U11. The sounds in this video were captured using an inductor, which captures electrical signals rather than 'regular' sound waves. 

The SGP Type U11 is an electric metro trainset that operates under 750 V DC with a top speed of 80 km/h. It is currently being replaced by the new Type X which is built by Siemens.
