Description
Hello everyone! I'm back after a break with a seasonal upload, Little Dancer by LLeNN from SAO Alternative: Gun Gale Online (the second season)! This song stood out to me personally as a banger as soon as I heard it in the episode and I just knew that I had to try arrange it.
A few hours in, I found out that this song was incredibly difficult to arrange on piano in a way that was satisfactory to me. Things weren't quite working out and nothing sounded like the way I wanted it to: the original had a lot of lines that were layered on top of each other and it was difficult to incorporate a lot of the ideas. At this point though I told myself that I would finish it and publish it regardless, so here it is...
It turned out okay; there are some parts that I do like about it, but there's a good amount of the arrangement that I felt like didn't quite capture the feel of the original song the way I wanted it to. Regardless, here it is, and hope you enjoy! (Also go listen to the original)
I am eyeing a few more songs this season and I do hope to be more active in the next few months (before I disappear next year) so look forward to that! (Although knowing my track record, every time say I'll be more active I end up disappearing anyways so we'll see)
