Opening theme to Ascendance of a Bookworm (the Japanese title is too long so I'll avoid typing all of it), Masshiro by Sumire Morohoshi! Starting off the Fall 2019 season with an obscure title that no one will know about :)

A rare occurrence in songs, particularly anime songs - it's mostly in 5/4, with a bit of 3/4 mixed in. As obscure as the light novel/anime may be, when I see a song that's not "generic" or "typical" there's no way I'm letting it slide.

And so here's my arrangement! It's pretty standard, I've got my three-hand technique, the runs, etc.

Good luck counting out this one!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: Is this playable?
A: Well... all jokes aside, all my arrangements are made to be played by one person!

Q: My hands can't reach that far! How is this possible?
A: All my arrangements can be played if you can reach a 10th (C to next octave E). If there is a stretch that seems longer than that, consider using the other hand, or possibly the sustain pedal! Keep in mind that my Synthesia videos are based on my sheets, so the colours may not match the hand it's supposed to be played with.
