Dear friends,
I hope all of you had a great Christmas and New Year's Eve celebration, and I wish you a happy and healthy new year.
This week's episode of Inner Wave is a collection of moments from our recent finishing-touches session. Robin, Yuma, and I had a very fun day twisting knobs, shaking shakers, and adding little bits of ear candy to the songs. And this in turn means that the recordings for "Right Here, Right Now" are finally a wrap.
In the time since, I've started mixing the record, and it's coming together so nicely. The songs sound lush, open yet powerful, and incredibly organic and real. On a personal level, I'm happy to report I've left my recent bout of perfectionism-related burnout in 2024, and it seems to have been replaced by feelings of immense pride and excitement.
I can't wait to share this album with you soon. Once again, thank you for your support and for your patience.
