This was my favourite Megalovania lyrical song back in the day and I thought for the anniversary I would make a tribute to it by performing my own cover.

I would usually do original art because I wouldn’t want to impede on someone else’s video, but the original video was taken down years ago with only a reupload remaining, and I just had this persistent picture in my mind of a redrawn the image with the words 10 years for the thumbnail because the original video had such a deep place in my memories from discovering this game all those years ago.

I’ll leave credit to all the people who were originally involved in it below. Unfortunately most have either deactivated their accounts or haven’t posted in years, but know that like 90% of this video is inspired by their work. When you think about it, this is a cover of a vocal cover, of a piano remix, of a Toby Fox song that was a remix of an even earlier Toby Fox song. It’s like cover inception. I think it’s the perfect way to show how cool all the creativity and derivation spread throughout the fandom.
