On one of the countless timelines, Caligo severed Hamin's link to Asterum and launched a full-scale assault. Yejun, Noah, Bamby, and Eunho fell in battle. Asterum was conquered, and Pllis vanished. Unable to endure this fate, Hamin finally broke through Caligo's blockade, successfully activated the time-reversal machine, and returned to the beginning in an attempt to change the outcome.
