但是，随着机器的轰鸣声响起，Insanity！COTV/The Nothingness Of Madness出现了。伴随出现的还有Ins！AGEM/DlooB（厌血）以及Last 27 Hours。
IKM利用“Good Karma”的力量，为自己和在场的众人恢复了HP，并且将“Karma”捏碎…在高维空间的那位“博士”注视下，他可以直接观察到空间内部所运行的所谓“本源”。同时，ILR开启了“血骸增生”（弹幕疾行：子弹列车的3倍），Kins/I Feel Bad开始出现人格分裂现象。
