本讲「摄学大培训」由人像部主讲， 系统地介绍了人像摄影的【构图】与【用光】两大基础。 课程从【镜头焦段】讲起，分析了广角 (24-35mm)、标准 (50mm) 及中长焦 (85mm, 135mm) 镜头各自的透视特性、畸变效果和适用场景， 并为新手推荐了50-85mm作为入门选择。 在【构图技巧】部分，讲座详细拆解了五种常用方法：中心构图、三分法（九宫格）、对称构图（尤其是利用反射的上下对称）、引导线构图以及框式构图， 强调了构图对于突出主体和营造空间感的重要性。 在【用光基础】环节，讲座重点介绍了光线的三大特性：冷暖（色温与白平衡）、 软硬（柔光与硬光） 及平方反比定律。 随后的【用光实例】部分演示了顺光、侧光和逆光（轮廓光）在人像拍摄中的具体应用， 并提供了解决“大顶光”和“逆光脸黑”问题的实用技巧，如引导模特抬头和使用补光/后期处理。 

This is the third session of the Photography Association's Main Training Course 2025! This session, presented by a leader from the Portrait Department, provides a systematic introduction to the two fundamentals of portrait photography: [Composition] and [Lighting]. The course begins with [Lens Focal Length], analyzing the perspective characteristics, distortion, and suitable scenarios for wide-angle (24-35mm), standard (50mm), and medium-telephoto (85mm, 135mm) lenses, recommending 50-85mm for beginners. In the [Composition Techniques] section, the lecture details five common methods: Center Composition, Rule of Thirds (nine-square grid), Symmetry Composition (especially top-bottom symmetry using reflections), Leading Lines, and Frame Composition, emphasizing how composition highlights the subject and creates a sense of space. The [Lighting Fundamentals] segment focuses on three key properties of light: Warmth/Coolness (Color Temperature vs. White Balance), Hardness/Softness (Soft vs. Hard Light), and the Inverse Square Law. The [Lighting Applications] section then demonstrates the practical use of Front Light, Side Light, and Backlight (Rim Light) in portraiture, offering practical solutions for common problems like harsh overhead light ("panda eyes") and backlit dark faces (e.g., having the model look up, using fill light, or post-processing).
