Abstract: Dark matter and dark energy have become important scientific topics. It is one of the most important frontier scientific topics in physics today. In this lecture, we review the main research history of dark matter and dark energy, give a brief introduction to the main dark matter and dark energy models, and outline the impact of dark matter and dark energy on the formation and evolution of large-scale structures in the universe. The study of ultralight axion dark matter is an important topic at present, and we will briefly present some of our new work.
